Yes, we always do. Even we don't take pre-orders, but we will order the latest, hottest products!

To achieve best, reliable and fast dispatch, we use NZ Post Tracked shipping service. In some special cases, for South Island or Rural destinations, an alternative service provider may suit better. We pack all orders to the best of our ability, including protection against the New Zealand weather.

We won't take payment for items we do not have on hand. We are happy to order what we are able to, and only offer products for sale when we have them in hand, in NZ, ready to dispatch.

Not at this stage, but we are working on this to provide packs, and singles in our shop.

We are able to offer a wide variety of packages to suit all budgets. You can filter our products for a range of options at all price levels. If you are looking to buy something for children, or beginners let us know; we are experts at making packs to suit.

We don't do pick ups in general. For larger orders, if you get in touch prior to ordering we can consider on a case by case basis.
